Eric White has a diverse background in hospitality, culinary arts, and information technology. Currently working as a Tasting Room Associate at Ridge Vineyards, Eric ensures guests have a personalized experience. As the Owner and Glass Blower at Art Glass SF, Eric showcases their artistic talents. With a passion for cooking, Eric serves as a Chef in various roles at Burning Man and Simple and Sublime Catering. Eric also has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT, holding leadership positions at multiple companies. In addition, Eric has worked in the wine industry as a Wine Educator and Tasting Room Personnel at various wineries. With a background in sous chef work and culinary education from the University of Houston, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Ridge Vineyards
For the past 50 years, Ridge has championed a pre-industrial approach to single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare vineyards where climate, soil, and varietal are ideally matched. Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon account for most of the production; syrah, grenache, and carignane constitute the balance. Known primarily for its red wines, Ridge has also made limited amounts of chardonnay since 1962.
