Phil Berry

Phil Berry serves as the Executive Director of Ridgecrest Summer Camps, having held various leadership roles, including Director of Camp Ridgecrest and Assistant Director, since August 2007. Berry's focus is on impacting lives for God's glory through discipleship and adventure. Prior to this, Berry worked at LifeWay Christian Resources from 2007 to May 2014, where responsibilities included staff recruitment, training, and program development. Berry also held the position of Operations Director at Gwinnett Outreach from August 2003 to October 2007, a collaboration with Grace Fellowship Church and Young Life. Additionally, Berry served as Associate Area Director for Young Life in Gwinnett County for a brief period. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Education from Furman University, attained between 1998 and 2002, along with a high school education from Montgomery Bell Academy.
