James Freitas

James Freitas has extensive experience in national security and foreign service, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Ridgeline International, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Freitas worked at the Central Intelligence Agency as an Operations Officer from July 2006 to October 2020. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State from January 2000 to July 2006 and as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury from July 1993 to January 2000. Freitas holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, earned between 1986 and 1989.
