Luke Vernon

Prior to Ridgeline, Luke founded Tribe West Ventures as a vehicle to incubate and acquire businesses. From 2004-2013, Luke was COO of Eco-Products, the nation’s leading brand of sustainable foodservice packaging. During his time there, he helped lead the company’s growth from $1 million to $80 million when the company was eventually acquired by a strategic buyer. He was responsible for sales, marketing, product development, ecommerce, distribution and the company’s global supply chain. Luke also founded Luke’s Circle, a job board and recruitment practice that helps emerging companies find top talent.
