Sahar Robertson

A seasoned communications strategist with over 15 years of experience, Sahar Robertson has worked in senior roles in the White House, the U.S. House of Representatives, on political campaigns, and across the non-profit sector. She served as Senior Advisor for Communications and Strategy to California Governor Gavin Newsom where she led messaging and planning on major cross-government initiatives including California’s roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines. For more than six years, she ran brand and message development, profile and influence building, and crisis communications as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for the country’s largest service sector labor union SEIU. As Chief Communications Officer of the ten-million-member democratic digital campaigning organization, MoveOn, Sahar oversaw brand, communications, digital, creative, and media.
