Adam Steinhofer, PGA has gained extensive work experience in the golf industry. Adam began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Reserve Club in 2011, where they provided services to a private golf club and residential community. In 2012, they joined Chartwell Golf & Country Club as a Second Assistant Golf Professional, contributing to the club's dedication to service excellence and achieving Distinguished Gold Club status. In 2016, Adam moved to Ridgemoor Country Club, initially serving as First Assistant Golf Professional and later advancing to the role of Head Golf Professional. Ridgemoor is known for its rich golfing history and had the honor of hosting the Hale America National Open in 1942. With their diverse experiences, Adam Steinhofer has developed a strong skill set and knowledge base in the golf industry.

Adam Steinhofer, PGA has a strong education background in golf and business management. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the Professional Golfers Association of America where they obtained a Class "A" PGA Member degree in Golf Operations and Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management.

Before attending university, Adam graduated from Madison LaFollette High School in 2003. Adam also has additional certifications such as being a PGA Certified Coach, a TrackMan Instructor, and a FlightScope Certified Instructor. In 2015, they obtained their certification from the Professional Golfers Association of America. Adam has also received certifications from the Positive Coaching Alliance, U.S. Kids Golf, and FlightScope in 2015, 2014, and 2015 respectively.
