Emma Kingston

Emma Kingston, CHRP, is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at RidgeTech Automation Inc. since September 2021, after previously holding the title of People & Culture Coordinator. Prior to this, Emma worked at JAM Sports Powered by Sport & Social Group from May 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing over 200 part-time staff for various sports leagues. Emma also gained experience as an Operations Associate, focusing on the day-to-day operations of recreational sports leagues. Earlier roles include serving as an Event Coordinator intern for the Georgia State Games and various positions at Winning Techniques Sports Camp. Emma holds a Human Resources Management Diploma from McMaster University Continuing Education and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Administration from Laurentian University.
