Msit Jerry Charles

Jerry Charles, MSIT, has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Jerry is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology-Administrator at Ridgeview Institute since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a NOC Engineer at ServIT from March 2019 to February 2021. Jerry also served as an IT Administrator at The Multiple Sclerosis Center of Atlanta from June 2014 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a Desktop Support Consultant at Emory Healthcare At Acworth from July 2012 to June 2014. Jerry started their career as a Personal Trainer at Life Quest Fitness from September 2011 to July 2012. Jerry also worked as an IT Consultant at Gamma Adult Care from September 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, they gained knowledge and skills in the field through their stint as a Student at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2012 and as an Intern at Fiserv in 2010.

Jerry Charles completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems from the same university, completing it from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their degrees, Jerry Charles has obtained various certifications. Jerry acquired the CCNA certification from Cisco in March 2023, followed by the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in the same month and year. Before that, in December 2020, they became a Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIE) from Kennesaw State University. Jerry also holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the same institution, obtained in December 2020.
