Jaime Cangialosi-Murphy is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Ridgewood Public Schools since September 2022, overseeing employee services for approximately 700 personnel. Previously, Jaime held the same position at Fort Lee Public Schools from January 2016 to September 2022, managing services for around 600 employees. Jaime started a career in education at Paterson Public Schools, where roles included Vice Principal, Director of Human Resource Services, Supervisor of Recruitment and Hiring, and Teacher and School Counselor from September 2000 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Montclair State University, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Montclair State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Muhlenberg College.
