Ellen McLaughlin

Ellen (Brudi) McLaughlin, MS, CGC, is a Cancer Genetic Counselor at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center since October 2021, where sessions for pre-test and post-test cancer genetic counseling are conducted across various indications. Previous experience includes roles as a Genetic Counseling Intern at Dr. Linda S Cowan, MD Maternal Fetal Medicine & Clinical Genetics, Kaiser Permanente, Cedars-Sinai, and Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, alongside an internship in genomic testing at PerkinElmer Genomics. Earlier positions included Biology Lab Coordinator at Westmont College and Laboratory Operations Specialist and Formulation Scientist at Apeel Sciences, focusing on product development and laboratory management. Ellen holds a Master of Science in Human Genetics & Genetic Counseling from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and General Chemistry from Westmont College.
