Wyatt Bauer

Wyatt Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wyatt is currently the Director of Engineering at RIE Coatings, LLC. Prior to this role, they held positions as an Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer at the same company. Wyatt also worked at Birchwood Laboratories LLC, where they served as the Manager of Technical Services, Product Development, and R&D, as well as a Technical Services Manager and Technical Service Chemist. Wyatt'sresponsibilities at Birchwood Laboratories included providing technical/customer support, managing safety data sheets, and assisting with product selection and purchasing. Before joining Birchwood Laboratories, Wyatt worked as a Senior Chemistry Technician at Pace Analytical and as a Supervisor/Officer at AlliedBarton Security Services.

Wyatt Bauer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of St. Thomas from the year 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including "Supervison: Fundamentals of Leadership" from MRA - The Management Association in September 2019, "Hazardous Waste Generator Compliance Workshop" from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in September 2015, "Hazardous Waste Training" from Hennepin County in May 2015, "Electroplating and Surface Finishing" from The National Association for Surface Finishing in June 2013, and "First Responder - CPR/First-Aid/AED" from the American Heart Association's Professional Education Center in September 2012.
