Scott Naill is a dedicated professional educator with over twenty-five years of experience, currently serving at Upper Valley Career Center in various leadership roles since July 1995, where the focus is on inspiring the next generation of technicians and advocating for educational issues. As the Director of Adult Workforce Development, Scott develops and maintains a comprehensive adult education program, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, Scott has been a Project Engineer at Rieck Services since June 1996, specializing in building surveys and energy use analysis. Past experiences include serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Sinclair Community College from September 2000 to December 2007, contributing to curriculum development, and working as an Adult Workforce Development Instructor at Springfield-Clark CTC from September 1993 to May 1996.
