Jordan Hanna

Jordan Hanna is an experienced professional in customer success and technology operations, currently serving as Manager Customer Success for the APAC region at RIEDEL Communications since April 2021, following roles as IP Project Specialist and System Consultant. Prior to this, Jordan spent nearly seven years at the Adelaide Convention Centre, progressing through various positions from AV Technician to Technology Operations Manager. Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Management from Adelaide University and has completed programs in General Management and Essentials of Finance at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
