Lukas Miklusak, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant operations and program management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the automotive and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Plant Operations Manager at TriMas Packaging since September 2021, Lukas has successfully managed plant operations and overseen production processes in Slovakia, facilitating significant efficiency improvements and new project launches. Previous roles include Production Manager at Kasai UK, where Lukas led a significant workforce and implemented crisis management strategies, as well as Program Manager at both Faurecia and ZF Group, managing high-value projects for automotive clients. Lukas's educational background includes an MBA in Automotive from Technische Universität Wien and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Zilina.
