Michael Sparber

Michael Sparber has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Michael started their career at Riemer Insurance Group as a Sales Professional in 1995, and later worked at Brown & Brown Insurance as a Sales Professional from 1996 to 1999. Michael then joined Marsh McLennan as a Client Executive and Sales Professional from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, they worked at InSource, Inc. as a Consultant/Sales Professional. Michael then joined City of Coral Gables as a Risk Management Administrator from 2006 to 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the President of RIMS Greater Miami Chapter. Michael then worked at Regency Insurance Brokerage Services as the VP of Brokerage Programs & CRO from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at Riemer Insurance Group.

Michael Sparber holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Risk Management from Florida State University - College of Business, which they obtained between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Barry University. Michael also attended Valley Forge Military Academy & College, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that institution. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2006, Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) from the Aviation Insurance Association in 2005, and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2002.
