The RIESTER leadership team has a long history of experience in the business and creative industries. The team members have worked as executives and directors at companies such as Citigroup, PetSmart, InfoImage, and MarchFirst. They have also been involved in founding and running businesses such as Phoenix Rising Football Club and Mia Piuma. In addition to their work experience, the team members have also studied at some of the top universities in the country, including Northern Arizona University, the University of Arizona, and Arizona State University.
