Eric Engleking serves as the Regional Vice President for Northern Indiana at Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc., a position held since March 2003, overseeing profit and loss responsibilities and providing executive support to various regional offices. Engleking has extensive experience in managing safety, quality, sales, production, and construction across a range of civil and heavy highway infrastructure projects. Prior roles at Rieth-Riley include Area Manager, General Superintendent, Asphalt Superintendent, Plant Operations Manager, and Aggregate Plant Superintendent, each focusing on operations management and project oversight. Prior to joining Rieth-Riley, Engleking worked at Nugent Sand Company as a Production Foreman, gaining valuable experience in field operations.
