Ilya Suharenko

Ilya Suharenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and venture capital. Currently serving as a Partner at LongeVC since September 2020, Ilya focuses on investments in visionary biotech startups aimed at advancing human longevity. Concurrently, Ilya holds a position as a Member of the Council at Rietumu Banka, a prominent Latvian commercial bank. Ilya's prior roles at Rietumu Banka from September 2004 to September 2020 included Board Member and Deputy Head of the Board, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer policy and strategic direction, as well as leading sales and advertising efforts. Additionally, Ilya served as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, overseeing administrative functions. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from King's College London, earned between 2000 and 2003.
