Devon L. Harman

Devon Harman is an associate in the firm’s Complex Civil and Commercial Litigation, White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations, Business and Commercial Transactions, and Sports Law, Gaming and Facilities practice groups.

Devon’s practice involves advising and defending clients in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation at the state and federal levels. She also works with the firm’s business clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, corporate restructuring, stockholder and membership agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, business strategy, and intellectual property matters. Devon also has experience advising clients in an array of regulatory compliance and administrative law matters, and assists with government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Devon clerked for the Honorable Jennifer B. Schiffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While in law school, she completed the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law’s nationally renowned Environmental Law Certificate Program, served as President of the Student Bar Association, and participated in Moot Court.
