Beth served as the Group Director of HR & OD at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College and South Leicestershire College from January 2014 to January 2016. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Principal of Human Resources at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College from May 2009 to December 2013.

Beth's professional journey began at Jaguar Land Rover, where they worked as an HR Manager from September 1995 to March 2009.
