Gareth Veale

Gareth Veale is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently working at Omni Network since November 2024, Gareth previously held a similar role at Avara from May 2022 to November 2024, contributing to projects related to the Aave protocol, Family wallet, and Lens network. Prior to Avara, Gareth served as an Associate Software Engineer at J.P. Morgan from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on automated quant and pricing systems, as well as trading and risk management. Gareth's career began at J.P. Morgan with an industrial placement from May 2016 to July 2017, followed by a brief stint as an English Language Teacher with Opportunity China in 2017. Gareth holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology from Bournemouth University, completed in 2018.
