At Dots, Ryan played a key role in the launch and success of the mobile game Two Dots, contributing to its prototyping, architecture, and UX aesthetics. Ryan Posheng also led complex revenue driving feature developments for TwoDots, resulting in over 125 million downloads and 1 million average daily active users.

Before Dots, Ryan worked as a Creative Technologist & Freelance iOS Developer from February 2012 to March 2014, where they designed and developed the iOS game Tiny Nova and worked on freelance projects at Atomic Software and Digitas.
