Oto Ozols

Oto Ozols is a Deputy head of cycling infrastructure division at Riga since August 2022. Prior to this, Oto was a Board Member at Āgenskalns Neighborhood Association and City for People. Oto has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Riga Technical University with a specialization in Architecture and Urban Planning. Additionally, Oto studied at Universität Liechtenstein in 2008-2009.
