Alessandro Valerio has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and research and development. Alessandro began their career in 2002 as a Quality Control Specialist at Pastificio di Chiavenna srl and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined RIGAMONTI SALUMIFICIO SPA as a Quality Assurance Manager and later took on roles as R&D Manager and Head of Quality and R&D. Alessandro worked at RIGAMONTI SALUMIFICIO SPA until 2014. In 2022, they joined Principe di San Daniele and King's Prosciutti as the Head of Quality and R&D.
Alessandro Valerio has a Bachelor's degree from the Università degli Studi di Parma. Alessandro also received an Erasmus grant at the Universidad de Córdoba.
