Nirmal Vyas has accumulated extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Starting in 2004 as a Sr. Research Associate at Enlightenment 99 Software Consultant Pvt Ltd, they later held roles at Collabera Inc. such as Sr. Technical Recruiting Specialist/Team Lead, Associate Director, and Head of Talent Acquisition at ManpowerGroup. Their tenure at Quess Corp Limited saw him progress from General Manager to Assistant Vice President. Currently, they serve as Vice President at Rigel Networks.

Nirmal Vyas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Export Management from Sardar Patel University, received in 2001.
