Tiffany Friedman is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various culinary roles. As the Chef/Owner of butterroot since April 2005, Tiffany specializes in personal and private chef services, providing meal preparation and delivery for small events and parties. Since January 2014, Tiffany has served as an on-call chef for supper club and Iron Chef classes at Riggs Distributing, Inc., while also maintaining a private chef service for exclusive clients in the Bay Area. Tiffany's experience includes a role as a cooking instructor for team-building events at Hands On Gourmet in 2010 and prior work as a line cook at The PlumpJack Group from 1999 to 2001. Tiffany pursued culinary education at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2005 to 2007.
