Ashley Manningham

Ashley Manningham currently serves as the Inclusion & Accessibility Manager - Training Manager at Right At School, a position held since June 2022, focusing on positive child behavior guidance and the inclusion of children with diverse needs across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as an Educator in the Maple Heights School District from August 2016 to July 2023, where Ashley implemented equitable teaching practices for over 25 students, and as an Educator in Special Education for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District from August 2014 to June 2016, which involved teaching in emotionally disturbed classrooms and developing IEPs. Earlier roles include working as a cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from April 2015 to January 2020, providing excellent customer service. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Education from Notre Dame College, a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from The University of Akron, and multiple associate degrees in Business Administration and Health Care Administration from Eastern Gateway Community College.
