Leah Oliva has extensive experience in operations and management within the education and retail sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Right At School since February 2016, where the organization has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies for four consecutive years. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions at Kindermusik® International, Knowledge Universe, American Laser Centers, La Petite Academy, Build a Bear Workshop, Esprit de Corp, London Fog, and Colony Shops of FL, Inc., contributing to strategies and operational oversight that fostered growth in multiple sectors. Leah's educational background includes studies at the University of South Florida and Tampa Catholic High School.
