Petra Fetters is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Right At School, Petra has previously held significant positions including Principal HR Advisor at FETTERS GROUP and Vice President of HR & Talent at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Petra's career also includes roles as Senior Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, Director of Human Resources, and Senior HR Business Partner across multiple organizations. Petra began the career as a Recruiter/HR Generalist at JSR Micro, Inc. A graduate of San Diego State University, Petra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, earned between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, Petra is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
