Dominique Dare, MBA, CFA, CIPM has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Dominique currently serves as the Head of Finance at right. based on science, a position they were promoted to after starting as a Climate Change Analyst. In their current role, Dominique leads a project to create and maintain indexes with Solactive and Barclays that are aligned to limiting climate change to 2°C by 2050. Dominique has also collaborated with Solactive to help create the Solactive right. 2 degree-aligned Europe Index. In addition, Dominique has performed portfolio analyses for various clients to determine their impact on climate change and identify securities with the highest contributors.

Prior to their current role, Dominique worked as a Quantitative Analyst & Controller at XTP for a few months in 2018. Dominique also gained valuable experience at State Street, where they held various positions including Client Services Operations - Senior Associate and Client Service Operations Specialist - Associate 2. Additionally, Dominique worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Northern Trust Corporation and as a Fund Accountant at State Street and IBT/IFS.

Dominique Dare's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Dalhousie University, which was obtained from 2000 to 2005. In 2012 to 2015, Dominique pursued further education from the CFA Institute and obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Following this, in 2016 to 2017, Dominique acquired the Certified Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the same institution. Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, Dominique earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additional certifications obtained by Dominique include the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) in May 2017 and becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder in September 2015, both from the CFA Institute.
