Marek Maynard currently serves as the Digital Director at Right Formula since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at ITV, where Marek held various positions from January 2020 to December 2023, including Senior Media Strategy & Planning Manager and Senior Media Capability Manager. Prior to ITV, Marek worked at Universal Music Group from October 2016 to July 2019 as Programmatic & Audience Manager and Programmatic Campaign Manager. Early career experience includes a position as Programmatic Account Executive at Cadreon from February 2015 to October 2016. Marek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex and a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University.
