Margaret Reichert

Margaret Reichert, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in career management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Career Management Associate at Right Management-Florida/Caribbean since October 2023, Margaret has a longstanding affiliation with Palm Beach Atlantic University as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership since June 2002. Previous roles include Career Management Associate at Right Management, Corporate Trainer at TBC Corporation, and Director of Career Planning and Community Engagement at Northwood University. Margaret has developed and facilitated numerous training programs, managed career services operations, and created curricula for various educational courses. Margaret holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany, and has pursued MBA courses in Labor and Industrial Relations at New York Institute of Technology.
