TJ Lewis is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in innovation strategy, creative operations, and media production. Currently serving as an Innovation Strategist and Director of Creative Operations at Right Networks since January 2022, TJ previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Product Development at Rootworks from January 2015 to January 2022, focusing on web product development to support a growing member base. Prior experience includes roles as Storyteller and Video Producer, where TJ was involved in all aspects of video production, and Media Director at Monarch Media Studios, managing the production cycle from concept to delivery. TJ's career began at Fourwinds Resort and Marina as a Banquet Manager, honing event coordination skills. Educationally, TJ holds a B.A. in Telecommunications with a focus on Video Production and a B.S. in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington.
