Carolyn Otto

Carolyn Otto is an accomplished professional in project and portfolio management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as PMO Director at Right Restoration Partners since March 2025, Carolyn previously held the position of Director of Portfolio Management at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning from May 2022 to March 2025. Prior roles include Director of IT Project Portfolio Management at Northern Tool + Equipment and IT Portfolio Manager at IWCO Direct. Notably, Carolyn also operated as an Interactive Project Portfolio Manager on a contract basis for Polaris Industries, focusing on customer-centered interactive experiences.
