Kirsty Kelly has a solid work experience in the hospitality industry. Kirsty started their career as the Front Office, Sales and Events Manager at Dukes at Queens Hotel in 2013 and held this role until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Kirsty worked as the Head of Reception and Events at The Portaferry Hotel. Kirsty then joined Ingresso Group Limited in 2017 as an Operations Executive, before transitioning to their most recent position as the Head of Customer Success at Right Revenue in 2018.

Kirsty Kelly attended Ulster University from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management.
