Rachele Sheard is a business executive with extensive experience in industry, resources, and infrastructure across various regions, including Australia, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the Director at Coexistence Queensland and a Corporate Governance Partner at Right Source, Rachele focuses on fostering coexistence between energy development and local communities, while providing governance advice in the not-for-profit sector. Rachele has held notable positions such as CEO and Company Secretary of the Australian Sugar Milling Council and has a proven track record in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
