Fiona Hunter MCIPD has a wealth of experience in various HR roles, ranging from HR Advisor to Director of People. Fiona has worked with companies such as BrewDog, Rank Group, and Carillion, where Fiona handled complex ER cases, provided HR support, and led training initiatives. Fiona also founded FH People Solutions and currently serves as the Director of People at Right There. Fiona holds a degree in ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University.

From safe housing to family support and equipping people to live independently, we always put the person first and form trusting relationships to help people feel happier, safer and more confident to live their lives.
