Rahim Shamji, holding an Hons BA in Economics and Labour Studies, an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and certifications in Strategic Human Resource Management, serves as the Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations at Right Time Group of Companies since January 2021. Previously, Rahim was the Labour Relations Manager at Reliance Home Comfort, managing labor relations, negotiation of collective agreements, and HR consulting. Rahim's extensive background includes senior HR consultancy roles with the City of Toronto, providing 24/7 Employee and Labour Relations support, and duties as a Human Resource Consultant with the Ontario Public Service. Early career experiences include a co-op placement at Unifor National, where Rahim gained insight into collective bargaining and grievance processes.
