Baldwin Chiluwa has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Baldwin started their career as an Intern End User Support at MTN in September 2016. Baldwin then worked as a Retail Service Executive at Mobile Broadband ZM from April 2017 to July 2018. Following that, they joined Vodafone as a Network Engineer in August 2018 and stayed there until January 2020. In 2020, they took on the role of a Technical Support Consultant at the Electoral Commission of Zambia from July 2020 to September 2021. In May 2020, they also co-founded NerdTalk. Currently, they are working as an IT Officer at Right to Care, starting from April 2022.
Baldwin Chiluwa received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Copperbelt University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Competence in Data Analysis (SPSS/Excel) from Handsworth Institute of Applied Sciences. Baldwin further pursued their education at the University of Zambia, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, where the exact duration of their studies is unknown. Baldwin Chiluwa also holds certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) from Cisco and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
