Benny Magedi

Benny Magedi has a diverse work experience with various roles in the healthcare sector. Benny started their career as a Soldier in the South African National Defence Force from June 2009 to February 2014. Benny then transitioned to the healthcare industry, working as a Clinical Associate at the Anova Health Institute from February to November 2014. Benny continued their career as a Clinical Associate at Jhpiego from December 2015 to November 2016, and then at Right to Care from December 2016 to July 2017. Benny then joined Mediosa as a Clinical Associate from August 2017 to March 2018, where they were responsible for patient consultations, diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and treatment plans. Finally, they returned to Right to Care as a District Program Co-Ordinator from June 2018, and later became an Operations Manager in April 2023.

- Benny then attended Boston City Campus in 2019 and 2020, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General.

- Currently, Benny is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health at the University of Johannesburg, with an expected completion date in 2023.

Moreover, Benny Magedi has also obtained several additional certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" course through Coursera | Google and another one through Coursera alone. In March 2023, Benny obtained the certification for "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" from Coursera.
