Kiba Malete has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kiba started their career in 2004 as a Debt Administrator at SARS, where they efficiently managed debt and outstanding returns, communicated with defaulting taxpayers, and ensured timely collections.
In 2008, Kiba moved on to become a Business Advisor for Enterprise Development at Softstart Business & Technology Incubator, where they provided advisory services in business development.
In 2013, Kiba joined Skye-Lab Technologies as a Project Controller. Kiba established standards, tools, and procedures for project management, ensured compliance with financial policies, and served as a liaison between the business office and operations.
In 2014, Kiba founded and owned Edith Sewing and Embroidery Services/ Small Business Bookkeeping Services, where they successfully managed the business.
Currently, Kiba Malete is working as a Finance Officer at Right to Care since 2017.
Kiba Malete began their education in 1999 at the University of Pretoria, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. Kiba completed their studies in 2001. In the same year, Kiba enrolled at UNISA to pursue a Bcompt degree in accounting. Kiba is expected to complete this program in 2024. Prior to their university education, Kiba attended Malokong school, although the specific dates and field of study for this period are unknown.
