Lashan Moodley

Lashan Moodley has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Lashan is currently the Director at The Synergy Guru, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Right to Care, where they held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer from January 2018 onwards. Lashan also served as the Head of HR EQUIP at Right to Care from September 2016 to December 2017. Before joining Right to Care, Lashan worked at Wits Health Consortium as the General Manager of Human Resources from July 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Wits Health Consortium from January 2010 to June 2015. Lashan also gained experience at Incredible Connection, where they held multiple roles including Employee Relations Manager, Industrial Relations Officer, Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager from June 2005 to December 2009. Lashan'searliest work experience was at Sportsmans Warehouse, where they served as the Administration Manager from March 2004 to May 2005, and as an Info Staffer / Head Cashier from March 2002 to February 2004.

Lashan Moodley completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Labour law from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in an unknown year prior to 2015. More recently, from 2020 to 2022, Lashan pursued a Master of Management degree with a focus on Business and Executive Coaching at Wits Business School.
