Lyman Mubukani

Lyman Mubukani has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Lyman began their career as a Trainee Network Administrator and NOC Technician at Flets Investments Pvt Ltd-ISP in 2007. Lyman then worked as a Network Support Engineer at SemTech Wireless Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2010. After that, they served as a Group IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineer at Green Fuel, Macdom, Rating, ZBE, Mwenezi Crocodiles, and Clidder Minerals from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and networks for the group of companies, providing technical advisory support, and maintaining internal network, server, and desktop infrastructure.

In 2016, Lyman joined Right to Care as a Back Office Engineer. Lyman later advanced to the role of Snr Back Office Engineer-IT Infrastructure, where they were responsible for designing and executing strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity met current and future needs, contributing to the development and implementation of BU BSC initiatives, and creating and maintaining overall IT infrastructure plans. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of IT Manager (Infrastructure) at Right to Care. In this position, they defined and executed an IT strategy in alignment with business and technological drivers, researched and recommended technology investments, and drove strategic projects and technology investments.

Throughout their career, Lyman has consistently demonstrated their expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and strategic planning.

Lyman Mubukani's education history is as follows:

Between 2005 and 2008, Lyman attended Midlands State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Information Systems.

In 2017, Lyman enrolled as a student at ProjectManagement.co.za, focusing on Project Management.

From 2019 to 2020, Lyman pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL).

Lyman is currently studying at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they are completing a Master of Information Technology (MIT) degree in ICT Management. Lyman started their studies in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2023.

Along with their formal education, Lyman has also obtained various certifications. These include:
