Mukela Manzila ACMA/CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2019. They started as an Accounts and Admin Officer at Metro Advertising Ltd in June 2013 and worked until October 2013. They then joined Necor Zambia Limited as an Intern from November 2013 to February 2014. Following that, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at NECOR ZAMBIA LTD from March 2014 to October 2014. They then transitioned to Clean Fast Limited, where they served as an Assistant Accountant from December 2014 to July 2018. After that, they moved to the People's Process on Housing and Property in Zambia and worked as a Finance Officer from July 2018 to January 2019. In February 2019, Mukela joined Mabiza Resources Ltd as an Accounts Payable Accountant for a short period. Currently, they are working as an Accountant at Right to Care, starting in March 2019.

Mukela Manzila ACMA/CGMA began their education journey in 2003, attending Kasisi Girls Secondary School. Mukela completed their secondary education at this school in 2007. In 2010, Mukela enrolled at ZCAS and pursued a degree in Management Accounting, which they completed in 2012. Returning to ZCAS, they recently started a Master's degree program in Accounting and Finance, with an expected completion date in 2022.
