Andrew Poje, OLY, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Uplifter Inc. and holds multiple leadership roles, including Director at Own The Podium, Development Consultant at AP Coaching, and Talent Development Specialist at Youthfully. With extensive experience in sports management, business development, and coaching, Andrew has been instrumental in enhancing the operational efficiency of National Sports Organizations in Canada, increasing market share for startup companies, and developing executive function skills in students. As a member of Skate Canada's Board of Directors, Andrew contributes to strategic oversight and business development initiatives. Andrew is also an accomplished professional athlete, a Project Professional at IMG, and an ambassador for Right To Play, actively promoting the benefits of sport and community well-being. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, along with various certificates in disruptive technology, climate change, professional sport management, and executive coaching.
