Racha Nasreddine

Racha Nasreddine is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in humanitarian response and program management across the Arab region. Currently serving as Country Director at Right To Play since January 2024, Racha previously held the position of Director for ActionAid Arab Region, where strategic development and emergency response efforts were pivotal, especially during the Syria-Türkiye earthquake in February 2023. Racha has a history with the British Council as Country Director in Syria, overseeing significant project portfolios and building critical partnerships for funding. With additional roles at the Arab Human Rights Fund, Management Systems International, UNDP, and The Lebanese Physical Handicapped Union, Racha has consistently demonstrated expertise in grant management, civil society engagement, and project implementation, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lebanese University.
