Marilyn Way is the Innovation & Training Lead at Righteous Gelato. Marilyn has worked as a pastry cook at Corbeaux Bakery, Double Zero Pizza, and COBS Bread. Marilyn is passionate about creating new recipes and training other cooks. Marilyn has been in the food industry for over 10 years.

Marilyn Way has a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Marilyn is currently working as a baker and pastry chef.

Marilyn Way works with Devin - Warehouse & Logistics, Dannette Downey - QA Coordinator, and Evan Douglas - Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator. and Camila Osorio - Innovation Support reports to Marilyn Way. Marilyn Way reports to Amy Hosking, Operations & Co-Manufacturing Lead.
