Rayyaan Usmani has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they were a Class Student Representative for the Eagan Foundation, Inc. In 2013, they were a Soccer Referee for the Minnesota State Soccer Referee Committee. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate for Polo Ralph Lauren. In 2016, they worked as a Cashier for Nordstrom. In 2017, they were a Software Engineering Intern for Maverick Software Consulting. In 2018, they were a Software Engineering Intern for Visa and a Campus Ambassador for Teach For America. In 2019, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer for Visa. In 2022, they are currently a Software Engineer for Rightfoot.

Rayyaan Usmani attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015-2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Eagan High School from 2011-2015.
