Robert Gruszka is an experienced insights professional with a strong background in consumer research and data analysis. Currently serving as Head of Insights at Rightmove since May 2023, Robert previously held the position of Senior Consumer Research Manager at The AA from July 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic primary research across various business categories. Prior to that, Robert worked at Ipsos MORI and ORC International in roles focused on employee engagement research. With significant expertise gained from a tenure at Rentokil Initial managing the voice of the customer program, and earlier experience at SMMT as a marketing analyst and data coordinator, Robert has developed a solid foundation in market research and data-driven insights. Robert holds a Diploma in Market and Social Research Practice from the Market Research Society and a BA in Geography from King’s College London.
