Currently, since 2021, they are employed at RightNow Group as a Customer Support Manager and later promoted to a Customer Success & Business Development Manager. RightNow is a leading consumer claims purchasing company, aiming to revolutionize consumer access to justice by purchasing consumer claims and providing instant reimbursement.
